FinCon Local Denver Meetup and Hotel Site Visit

Last night I had the pleasure of attending my first FinCon Local Meetup. I’m in Denver doing a hotel site visit and took the opportunity to attend the local event as well.

The meetup was held at the Paramount Cafe on 16th Street in Downtown Denver, just a block from the Grand Hyatt Denver, where we will hold #FinCon12. Conversation ranged from conference planning, blog shop talk, and all the things to do in Denver.

This crew is super proud of their city and ready to show it off to everyone at #FinCon12. I can see why. Denver has a beautiful, very walkable downtown. I’m excited for you to be here in September.

I’ll be spending the rest of my time here at the hotel with the staff reviewing the details and touring the meeting spaces. Can’t wait to show you more of that.

Glad you enjoyed Denver!  I didn't realize there was a local meet up either - hopefully we can be added to the "locals" list, although we are way out in Longmont.  ;)  I know Mr. MM will be meeting you guys, but I hope to bump into some of you at the hotel that weekend (I'll be there for some of the time with our son).
