As the conference continues to grow we’ve decided to change the way we do the exhibitor area. Instead of exhibit tables in the foyer of the main hall we have decided to create an interactive Expo Hall with dedicated Expo Hall times slots on the #FinCon13 agenda.

Also, instead of just a few exhibitors we’ve decided to expand to a 50-booth hall and really make it a feature of the conference. See the attached diagram to see where the Expo Hall will be located.

Don’t worry our goal isn’t to tuck you all away in some empty room somewhere in the back of the hotel. We’re going to be using a combination of focused, dedicated events and interactive experiences to get attendees into the Expo Hall regularly, and more intently, throughout the weekend.

We’re also going to be counting on you to make your booth as exciting and interactive as possible.

As a conference booth sponsor you will have your own 8’ x 10’ booth* in the new interactive Expo Hall to engage with the attendees and showcase your company/product.

Attendees will mix and mingle with your company representatives in the interactive expo area during registration, breakfast on Friday and Saturday, all breaks, and during two dedicated two-hour

Interactive Expo Hall time slots:

Friday, October 18th, 2013 from 4pm to 6pm – Happy Hour
Saturday, October 19th, 2013 from 12pm to 2pm – Networking Lunch

In addition to these specific time slots, attendees will be encouraged to hang out in the Interactive Expo Hall as it will also contain the blogger lounge, podcasting and video blogging areas, and more.

Two complimentary guess passes to use for you, your staff or to give away. We will give you an access code to register for these passes.
Link to your company page, with short company description on the #FinCon13 website (you will get a link to your site from the main/front landing page, this sponsor page, as well as along sidebars on blog pages).
Share of five; full-page descriptions (with other Expo Hall Booth Sponsors) in the #FinCon13 agenda packet.

Also this year, we’ll have many members from the press as well as independent bloggers taking time to do interviews and podcasts in the Expo Hall. As a Booth Sponsor, we will help coordinate interviews on your behalf.

*Also comes with a skirted 6’ table, two chairs, and trashcan. Additional items can be purchased through the exhibit company and/or hotel.
